Shipping policy

Purchase made before 12pm will usually be shipped that day, after 12pm they will be shipped the following day on a next day service via DHL courier or Royal Mail, which ever is most cost effective.

If an item is marked as special order then we will contact you via email with an estimated time scale for the dispatch of your purchase.

All custom items, including but not limited too; arrows, leatherwork and strings, will have a varying timescale for dispatch as we make them in-house.  Usually timescales are marked on applicable product pages. Please not that during busy periods these timescales may increase, please be patient and bear with us as we are a small business and take pride and care in all of the producst we make ourselves, which means they cannot be rushed.
